One of the newer names on the Maldivian luxury wellness scene, Spa by JW at JW Marriott Maldives Kaafu Atoll Island Resort has quickly established itself as a noteworthy addition to the country’s spa landscape.

Its emergence is particularly interesting because it has already attracted industry recognition. Spa by JW appeared among the World Spa Awards nominees for Maldives’ Best Resort Spa 2025, despite the resort being a relatively recent arrival.

The resort’s Kaafu Atoll location also makes it comparatively accessible from Malé, allowing travellers to reach a sophisticated island spa experience without the longer seaplane journey required for some of the Maldives’ more remote resorts.
